CALL FOR POSTERS
Want to share your cutting-edge innovative ideas with your colleagues? Please consider submitting an abstract/description of the project you would like to present on your poster.
To apply you need a presenter bio and description of the project. Your full poster project can be completed closer to the event.
Posters will be displayed throughout the conference in the poster area.
Poster displays will be limited to one side of a 48 in. X 36 in. poster board.
The Conference Committee will make their decision regarding accepted submissions and notify you no later than October 25, 2024.
Presenters selected for the conference will receive a number assigned to their poster which must be placed in the upper left-hand corner of the display.
Place your contact information (email address) in the right hand corner of the poster.
We ask that if your poster is accepted you or someone acting on your behalf is available to discuss your poster at the conference.
Submissions selected for the poster session will receive a letter of acceptance along with the final conference program with times and location of the poster session and set-up time. Students will receive a discount code to be used for registration.
$100.00 prize money will be awarded to the winning poster.
